The language of communication with the spirit world is just as
varied as the languages we use in the material world. Imagine trying to converse with someone who does not speak English but does not know the language. How would they begin. As we know ourselves, the most basic means of communication is through symbology. Many of my messages start off with a symbol here and there and then a knowing that surrounds that symbol – the story. It is an ongoing development as both spirit and the communicator synchronize our communication abilities, our meanings, and our understandings. Imagine if you will, a non-native English speaker in spirit who wants to relay a message. If I am not fluent or even familiar with that relative’s native tongue, communication will be difficult, if not severely limited; the way through this, is working with symbols. It reveals to me as well that, just as I work to understand what’s given, spirit works just as hard to make themselves understood, be patient as you listen and receive. When a message needs to be given, spirit will always find a way.

These are the words that came to me as I sat in my development circle. We have much to say . . . It was then that I realized that there are indeed spirits who are conscious and want to reach out and continue conversations with their loved ones. The energy of the deceased carries on after they die as does their love. Regrets, sorrows, apologies acknowledgements to congratulations to love. All a part of the conversation that can continue if listen and allow spirit to come through. I remember my first lucid dream as I tried to hold my ‘earthly’ mind together as a woman spoke to me about her troubled life. Was this really happening? How do I keep it (the meeting of two worlds) together, as this meeting of two worlds occur? Why is she telling me this? And finally, came the realization that I was there to help, to facilitate the communication, to be the messenger. Conversation and the need for release is what matters most to people whether you’re in human form or spirit. It is so important and necessary and shows the love and concern that we have for each other. Never underestimate the need for someone who has passed on to reach out to you and for that matter for you to reach out to them. Remember, they have much to say . . . . |
